I had a very long list of over 10,000 names that they were able to edit and scrub through the mistakes. They were also able to rush the order for our tight timeline. There were some things that I had to go in and edit, but it was very little and way less time than if I even attempted to do this myself. Overall, a good delivery

I akso rated past delivery thinking that this time was going to work but they didnt. The service was very low quality so I could reach my goals.

I'm having to go back and redo this project myself. I wasted my money. I clearly explained (with pictures even) exactly what I needed. What I received however was far from that. Instead of adding/sorting the info on the excel spreadsheet I provided her, she made her own spreadsheet and then put incorrect contact info in. (For numerous people I already had their correct contact info-was missing the email address) Lesson learned.

Sana is an excellent professional, always very attentive, always seeks to improve her knowledge and works in a humanized way, and is always willing to deliver the best work. I will certainly hire him for new projects. Thank you, Sana, for the excellent experience.
