I gave a decklist that I had already built but wanted some advice on. Philips sent me some great recommendations on how to improve it and explained why those cards would improve the deck in a well thought out way. His communication was very polite and he delivered his recommendations in a very timely manner. I would use his services again if I needed help with a deck and I would recommend anyone else to do the same.
