NYCreatives did a great job on our animated video, especially for such a reasonable price. They were responsive and focused on our complete satisfaction. The first cut felt a little "canned" and had some obvious errors (typos, animation not lining up with the voiceover, etc.), but the team was quick to make all the changes we requested. I would have appreciated a bit more proactive guidance from the animation team on best practices for videos like this, such as how and when to incorporate our branding and finding the right balance of text, graphic animation, and voiceover.

Work was very good, but it took him over 4 days to deliver. That was not acceptable in my books. In business, time is everything.

The team at NY Creative worked with us even when we made some major revisions. They were professional and communicative. These types of videos are cheaper and not as polished as more expensive productions but, for the price, they get the job done.
