I have a call center and I needed my dialer to be linked to my CRM. after he so called "finished the project," it was never connected and doing what I needed it to do. he never told me he finished and days went by without communication. when I asked him to show me what he did, he keeps showing me stuff on the back end which had nothing to do with what I needed done. when I asked for my money back, he refused and kept declining it. I will NEVER go back to him and you shouldn't waste your time with him either.
