He was exceedingly patient with my situation, which I greatly appreciated! The mic setup experience was very professional; Markus ensured that I not only understood what he was doing, but also that I understood how to adjust things myself in the future in other types of situations, for example if my voice was being cut off. He was a lifesaver!
