The delivery was on time and Kelly was quick to respond to my questions with different suggestions. In her work, I really enjoyed the education piece as well as all the colors that match my skin tone. I have an dea of the outfit I want to wear for my special occasion, however, some of the links suggested were out of my price range. I recommend adding a price range question at the beginning of the consult so there is more variety in pricing. Also, a question about most loved brands,etc, to give Kelly an idea of what the customer likes, would be helpful. I would definitely work with Kelly again to plan out essential wardrobe pieces for all seasons. Thanks, Kelly!

Very competent, friendly and reliable. Delivered exactly what was promised much quicker than expected. Small suggestions for improvement would be checking with the client about budget range and any no-go’s. Would also be nice to somehow see the whole outfit in combination. But not sure if there’s a practical way of doing this.

Kelly gave an honest and very encouraging review of hairstyles that would work for me. She didn't try to inflate my ego or anything which is great. Her review was full of details about the specific hairstyles she recommended, but she also included instructions on how to take care of my hair using some recommended products I can find easily in stores. Awesome work!

She definitely took a lot into account when looking through the pictures and information provided. Lots of detail and she explains her reasoning for everything which I really appreciated.

I was surprised by the amount of positive reviews so I raised my expectations. I’m sure Kelly is a nice person but unfortunately the work that has been delivered seems to be part of a fixed template, low effort and lack looking into details. I offered to communicate over a video call since Kelly barely replies. The first version was totally off since it was for a light skin, non Round face and long hair person while I already attached pictures showing every details and stating that I can’t even grow hair, after sending the revision. Kelly asked for some photos of things I like and then she found equivalent to it which is again wasn’t my purpose I was looking more for something new.
