I like the end result of the floor plan created by Felim. However during the process, I would like her to be more proactive and have general common sense to draw the floor plan instead of copying my draft as first version. Therefore I have to spend more time to review and point out the changes instead of depending on her expertise.

when he told me that he had several projects in the queue, I told him that I was not in a hurry. he really appreciated that and he took one day longer but it was exceptional! he really does know what he's doing and he really does understand all this simple nuances of the plan. I'm really impressed that he's on Fiverr and not doing this independently! instead of sending a redraw to him I merely explained to him the additional information that needed to be on the drawing and he was able to follow through with just directions only I'm impressed! if we have any revisions I will certainly let him know. and I would be excited to use him again and again. he is a true professional. thank you Felim!

Slightly costly but very high standards of delivery, has some issues with English but enough to get the work done. Really need to emphasize the required work done in visuals instead of words, a sample to the creator will be very helpful
