We have provided ample time for the developer to address this. They didn’t provide daily updates as agreed upon in the brief. We have asked and asked over and over so we could report back to the client. The developer advised us that we were wrong when sharing screenshots that things were not working. We did Zoom calls to show the developer the issue. The site is not working as designed and we continue to explain the issues. The developer has not finished the project as there are other tasks within the brief that has not been completed. We have provided numerous extensions, but this still has not been addressed. When we advise the Developer that something isn’t working, we don’t hear from them and when we remind them again, they tell us they are still working on it. We log access into the site, and we see that they have not even logged into the site.
