We are still fine-tuning the final work product, but Dmitriy's delivery of top-notch detailed plans, his ability to quickly assimilate a trove of data, a solid, quick study understanding of unique local building code and exacting project specifications, and his ability to synthesize and incorporate everything into a cogent and visually compelling plan that should pass muster from both the planning and building inspection teams with only minimal revisions, is an impressive feat!
