It really depends on the gas fees of the moment (100 Gwei - 170 Gwei in September 2021) and the size of your smartcontract + number of NFT you mint. On average, about +800$ for smartcontract and 10-15$ avg / NFT minted. It's +50,000$ in a normal way (for you or for your users with direct minting)

Absolutely not. All NFT are stored on the blockchain, you can query them through the method "tokenURI(id)", replacing id by the token ID you want to query. Because of this, your user just pay for transaction gas fees, not the minting fee. It also guarantee the data immutability.
