How It Works:
- Place an order and provide details about your current email setup (GoDaddy's Microsoft 365, Legacy Workspace) with total number of mailboxes and your desired email provider.
- I will defederate your domain from Godaddy's Microsoft 365 tenancy.
- The migration will commence at a time that is convenient for you, ensuring minimal disruption.

Do I need to create a Microsoft 365 tenant account first?
No, you don't need to sign up for a new Microsoft 365 tenant. I will transfer Microsoft 365 subscription to you (you will have full access of billing and licenses). I will send you Microsoft Admin Portal login details after godaddy defederation of your Microsoft 365 tenant.
What access do you need from me?
I am going to need your Godaddy's account access and credentials of Microsoft 365 email with ADMIN rights that you signed up through Godaddy's 365. You can also delegate Godaddy's account access.
Is there any downtime? Will my email go down during migration or defederation?
No, there is absolutely zero downtime. All your emails will continue to function 100% during the migration.
