United StatesEnjoyed working with Arc Solutions to make a logo for me however, my vision for the logo was not the wow factor that I was hoping. Expressed concerns and they used another picture of me and I still wasnt very impressed so it's my fault for having a bad vision for my logo. However, I'm not the expert in logos and what would be a great logo for my new business. I think a advice and offering up some creativity/expertise/suggestions on the vendor side probably would have made my logo turn out better instead I kept having to come up with my own ideas/revisions throughout. Now, I'm having to find a different vendor to create something else with hopes of them taking more of the creative role and assisting me with the perfect logo for my new business/brand. Again, service was quick and vendor was nice and responsive however, I have to now look for someone to take the lead on helping create my logo as the expert.
