Can you provide a British, American or an Australian accent?
Yes, we can provide both and in a male or female voice, just let us know beforehand.
Do I really get unlimited free revisions?
Yes, we will keep revising the video until you are happy. However, providing as much information as you can, would be very helpful.
Do you provide the source file?
In the standard packages, I only provide the finished work. However, you can purchase thesource files for an additional fee.
Do I get revisions for voiceover?
We send the voice-over for your approval once done, and we can revise it something doesn't sound right. If the script is changed after the voice-over has been recorded, this incurs an extra fee.
Do I get free revisions after the order was marked complete?
Yes, you can ask for a revision up to 14 days after the order was marked complete and I will still honor revisions. After that you have to pay an extra fee.
Where can I use this video?
You can use the explainer video anywhere you want! Your website, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Email, etc..
Can I ask for a total makeover?
In our experience that almost never works out. So, we always advise clients to take a look at the portfolio to understand the kind of work they can expect or discuss in detail before placing the order if I can provide that service.
