Albert & team did a great job making an explainer video for our company. He explained the process up front so I knew exactly what to expect. He was very flexible with us on timing and communicating changes. Even though he's on the other side of the globe, he replied quickly to any questions I sent. We were provided a finished video in two aspect ratios and many downloadable formats so it will be easy to upload anywhere we need to. I will definitely consider hiring Albert & his team again as additional animation needs arise.

Albert is a really nice guy and seems to put his heart into making the customer happy - no complaints there. However, the language barrier and lack of attention to detail in understanding our very technical product made the project a bit of a challenge. We went way, way, way over time because so many change requests needed to be made. But, he and his team were understanding, they were patient with our requests, and the end product turned out good.
AustraliaDecided to purchased a one minute custom explainer video animation for your business from Albert And Team and cannot be happier with the final video! Without going into all the specifics we had three custom characters, custom backgrounds, a professional script, excellent storyboarding, background music, and paid extra for a premium human voice. The work was done professionally, quickly, and didn't even require one animation revision.
