United StatesFailed to listen to my instructions prior to getting paid. told him exactly what to do and he agreed and failed to go the lazy route and not do it correctly which made my lenders question my balance sheet. I will request a chargeback
Hong KongI have given a lot of patience and time to the seller for many revisions, yet the formulas in the Excel sheet are still wrong. I would expect more input from a professional accountant, considering my lack of background and knowledge in this area. I feel that I need to provide a lot of guidance, and when the seller refuses to hop on a call to clarify misunderstandings, it becomes challenging. I also provided 5-6 rounds of revisions, pinpointing changes in a PDF document, but many of the revision requests were not fulfilled. This has greatly hindered my business progress, as you can imagine, a financial model is crucial for investor pitching meetings and grant applications. In the last revision, I still noticed many errors, especially in the revenue formula, I'm now editing myself. Would not recommend.
