FAQ
What does the Startup Package include ? But the Premium Package ?
The 'Basic/Startup Package' includes a short, basic and simple animation. While the 'Premium Package' comes with a more polished, more complex design. The 'Standard Package' stands in the middle.
Do you animate characters ?
I do not. Character/animal animations are not within my field of expertise.
What is the difference between your 3 packages ?
The diference between the packages stands in the complexity of the designs. This means the Basic Package includes a shorter, basic and simpler animation while the Premium Package includes a more well-taught, complex animation. The Standard Package stands in the middle.
Do you follow my script or design your animations freely ?
I do not follow scripts or step-by-step instructions. Please send me a message if you have a script ready, so I can approve it before we proceed.
What does transparent background mean ?
It means the video has no background, so you can overlap it on top of other videos or elements.
Do you design logos ?
I do NOT design logos. Send me a message before ordering and I will redirect you to someone who does.
How long does it take for a revision to be completed ?
Usually under 6 hours. If you are requesting more edits in a revision than I can handle, I will have to extend the delivery of the order by 24/48 hours, if not more.
