GermanyOz is amazing. I work in IT but I do not know a lot about game development. Oz has a deep understanding about all the aspects of making a complete game from planning to production and explains each concept very well. He also has a very clear structure that helped us to make our meetings very productive. At the end I have a game design document that I can now use to make a prototype of my "dream game".
