FAQ
How long can my voice tag be?
A tag can be one phrase of 15 words or less. Multiple phrases will not be accepted if you only bought 1 tag!
What is a revision?
The purpose of revision is to correct any mistakes made while recording. A revision is not a free extra version of your tag. You cannot change the words of your phrase with revision! However, things that CAN be changed with revisions are tone of voice, FXs & BPM.
Can I change my tag phrase?
It's important to note that any requests for changes to your phrase must be made prior to the delivery of your files. Once the files have been delivered, I will not be able to make any changes to the phrase. However, I'll be happy to work with you to make the most of the original phrase.
Can I copyright my voice tag?
Tags do NOT meet the minimal creative standard for copyright protection, however, they can be trademarked.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Once the tags have been sent, no refunds will be issued. But I offer unlimited free revisions if you are not happy with the first version of your tag.
Can you send me a tag from your demo or make me an identical tag as from the demo?
No. Tags from my demo already belong to someone else. My demo is to only be used for inspiration and is to showcase my work.
Can I hear a tag before I pay?
I will not record and edit without receiving payment first. Also, the more detail you give me regarding what you want, the better.
How do I leave a Review?
As soon as I deliver your files, you'll be able to accept it or ask for modifications. Within the Order page, click Approve Delivery, you'll see 3 questions for you to answer, based on a 5 star rating system & you'll see the share your experience text box. Click Submit when you're done!
