I have been so apprehensive hiring someone to help me with branding for several reasons. But, I am so happy to have found Valariia!! She nailed it on the first try, really… I asked her to make a few changes but ended up basically going back to her original designs. The only hard part is being on the other half of the world and the time zones but if you know that and plan for it and don’t expect an answer immediately it is so easy to look over!! And obviously not something that either person can control, just something to note. She is super professional and kind!! Would recommend 1,000%

I will write a brutally honest review here for those thinking to work with Valeriia as I have a long time to really get to know her work ethic and style. One thing I must say is nothing in life is perfect, even with the best of companies you will face adversity in service. So, what really sets them apart is there ability to resolve issues and get back on track. Valeriia really embodies this ethos. We started off a little rocky, there were some initial back and forths from our view. It was hard at first to align our mutual goals and this could have been for a variety of reasons but probably more so because it was a totally different industry that she was not exposed to. After some initial concerns, we brought everything back to the foundations of both typography and design and I have to say, Valeriia was so polite and accomodating in every aspect. No matter how frustrated we got (a few times due to unclear comms), she kept her cool and delivered above and beyond. I would work with Valeriia again, the only thinh I would suggest is spending some time time with her to discuss industry and really understand what it is your trying to capture before going ahead and getting mockps. This will save both parties time. Her ability is second to none, she knows what she is doing, so there is no downside there. We ended up with an amazing logo which our team is over the moon about and Valeriia will be in our good graces for a very long time. Thanks for everything!

Valeriia has a very organized and detailed approach to brainstorming and putting all of your ideas to paper. She definitely takes lottt longer than expected so my logo creation started with a 7 days thing and it took more than a month. Her work is really good and she will cater to your needs and be patient with the revisions. There was one thing that was disappointing for me was that even after paying a premium she charged multiple times for add-ons. For an additional logo or color change so she should mention that in her description so that customers are aware if it. In the end felt I paid a lotttt for the logo work. If money is not a concern she is the BESTTT.

Booking with Valeriia has been one of the best decisions I've made for my business. Her quality and professionalism is incredible and she delivered above and beyond what I was looking for. She responded to all of my questions and edits in a timely manner and delivered the logo in several formats so I could immediately start using them for my business. The premium package was money well spent and I would definitely book with her again.

It was a long journey to finally get an approved logo that aligned with my provided requirements, but I am satisfied with the result. Lack of attention to detail which caused delays. It was frustrating because I felt my instructions were detailed and clear, but weren't listened to. My timeline was punished as a result of instructions not being followed. I requested cancellation and was asked to give it another try. I expected that she would have at least escalated this to priority delivery or had quicker responsiveness due to the time lost but it wasn't prioritized at all. It took about one month in total, which put me behind in my project.
