I've never seen such a level of professionalism before - when he started the job he wrote me a small list of questions, I thought I might have chosen the wrong person for the job, but when he sent me the final version I realized I had hired the right person! The way Troy adapts to an unfamiliar environment is commendable, and my fears were immediately put to rest when I listened to his final audio track.
