FAQ
My video is longer than 5 minutes. Can you still do it?
Yes I can! However, please adjust the quantity... it's $10 for every 5 minutes... so if your video is 7 minutes, choose quantity of 2, so the price is 2 x $10 = $20, as long as you provide the transcript. If you're unsure, please message me and send me your video... I'll give you a custom quote :)
The audio in my video is hard to understand. Can you still transcribe it and add subtitles?
Probably, yes. However, it's best to send me your video first so I can review it. If it's very difficult to understand for reasons like background noise, multiple people talking at once, heavy accents, etc, then there may be an extra charge. I will confirm pricing to you after reviewing the video.
How can I send you my video?
If your video is less than about 500 MB, then you should be able to attach it to your message and send it to me through Fiverr chat. If, however, it's larger than that, you will have to upload it to a place like Google Drive, Dropbox or YouTube, and then paste a download link for me in the chat.
I have specific instructions for how I want my subtitles to look. Can you do it?
Yes! Please message me first and describe what you want, so I can confirm if it's doable and if there's any extra cost. Generally, changes in font type, color and background color are all free customizations :)
Can you add subtitles to videos that are in other languages besides English?
The short answer is yes, however there will be an extra cost. I can only understand and transcribe English videos, so if you need subtitles in another language, you will need to provide a transcript. Please send me your video and instructions before placing an order, to confirm if I can do it :)
