The value was very high, and the scope went well beyond what we anticipated. Part of this was my client's fault for being indecisive on the packaging wording. He was great at working with us through the revisions, but unlimited revisions don't mean unlimited revisions, even if the corrections that were needed were this team's fault. However, to be fair, we needed about 25 revisions, around half of those were because we wanted to tweak the design or change the wording, and the other half was probably due to a misunderstanding of what we wanted or missing steps for correcting the design, punctuation, words missing, etc. Most of them were returned the next day. They may not be clear to let you know that they feel they need to be paid more. I only noticed because they stopped delivering revisions and had to assume this was the problem. Once we discussed increasing the pay and made a payment, they went back to quick delivery of the revisions. Overall this was one of the better designers I've worked with.

Absolutely LOVED the box design he did for us. He took a very rough concept and quickly understood where we were going with it, and then proceeded to make it 100x better. I wouldn't consider using anyone else for packaging design. 10/10

It should be noted that it is convenient to work with this professional and patient supplier, we are currently still in the final stages of the design and there will probably be more changes, but there is no doubt that I highly recommend him, thanks
