Overall a good job transcribing pages for me. But she charged more than her gig initially advertised. Her gig says, "I will retype 1-15 pages from PDF, Scanned, Image to MS Word" for $5. But then she complained that I was asking her to "manually type" the pages so she wanted to charge me extra. I paid, but if she wants to charge more she needs to be more clear in what she says she will do in her gig.

I had sent a written copy of my story which she had to type ,edit , formatting and proofread which she did to all my expectations and beyond. she has been the one who has done all five of my projects . she is exceptional.
