Tailored to your unique goals, the duration of the coaching engagement may vary. However, based on the experiences of numerous clients, a two-month period of consistent coaching has proven to be immensely transformative.
How often should I schedule my sessions?
Maintaining a weekly coaching frequency is vital in the initial stages to ensure consistent and steady progress toward your goals. By avoiding any gaps in the coaching process, we can prevent potential setbacks that may require additional time and effort to recover from.
How do I book coaching sessions with you?
Please message me via Fiverr chat, and we will schedule an appointment that suits you. All appointment times will be given in your local time zone so be sure to let me know where you are located
Where will the session take place?
All sessions will be online via zoom.If you don't have zoom you can download it for free prior to our session time.
What if I should miss a session?
If you can not make one of our scheduled sessions, please message me via Fiverr at least 24hrs before our appointment, and I will be happy to reschedule. If you do not attempt to re-schedule and are a no-show, the session will be marked as completed, and you will be charged.
