I can't say enough about my experience with Alexa. This is the first time I've *ever* pursued ads on Google and I think I underestimated how much went into it. Before the order even started, Alexa guided me from start to finish on how to set up the necessary accounts via a step by step guide she sent over (with absolutely no commitment/deposit from me). Once we actually started the order, she could not have been more professional, responsive and transparent. When my order was complete, I had yet another issue arise with my google accounts that I needed to fix. Alexa took the time to explain what was wrong, how to fix it, and assured me it was just a minor hurdle. When I couldn't figure it out on my own, she very kindly offered to login via the admin access I provided her to correct directly on her end. Insane customer service and support! Thank you for everything, Alexa. Truly a great experience from beginning to end.
