Alestra Sol

I received three drafts of a logo within the specified timeframe, however, all three versions were in the same brown and green theme, which reminded me of 1970s colors. I asked for revisions which were more creative, but I ended up with the logos on a black background and the "roofline" of a house in white. The logos I received, as formatted, are not usable on anything but black paper or black background, which is ridiculous. I assumed I would have received logo formatted to use on white background or paper, which is standard.

We had a lot of revisions because what I thought I wanted didn't look good on the page. This team never once scoffed at me changing my mind, and always came back with something closer to the finished product. I love my new logos and the animation for my business will really catch a lot of attention in my ads! I'm so excited.

My company’s logo was created before I was even born, and it just looked OLD. I went and reached out on Fiverr to get some help recreated our businesses logo and this team freaking KILLED it. Ordered a slide deck for a job interview presentation that I needed to complete for a large public tech company. The design was great, however the deliverable was slightly late. I am still rating 5 starts because when I reached out to voice my concern, the customer service team offered me a full refund which I did not accept as I just wanted to improve the service in the future. I accepted a partial refund for the inconvenience but really appreciate the professionalism, quality and great customer service here. I will definitely give them another shot next time around!
