Randall is absolutely amazing, he asked probing questions to help get to the root of the issue and took notice of everything I said to first diagnose the root cause of issue, followed up with an actionable list of takeaway items I can use to address my concerns. My first appreciation for Randall's work is his direct communication. We've had similar experiences about the hiring process. Perhaps asking if his customers are familiar with certain situations and scenarios would save time. Nothing negative. I'll come back to use his services as need.
