Why should I work with you? (James)
I am a board certified professional with over a decade of experience. I previously worked for an international company providing coaching to high-achieving business executives and CEOs. I have a thriving coaching practice with exceptional testimonials and a proven track record of success.
How will coaching increase productivity?
I use an tracking software system that precisely tracks progress towards your agreed goals. To-do lists are produced from the overall action plan to reduce procrastination, improve time management and increase productivity.
How does coaching help me stay on track?
The combination of weekly meetings, daily messenger communication and goal tracking software provides a constant reminder of your goals. Every week you will have agreed actions that keep you on course. You will clearly see that every action gets you closer to your long-term goal.
How can coaching add structure to my life?
Having an online tracking system where you can list all of your goals and create stepping-stone tasks to achievement gives structure to your approach. We will reverse engineer a roadmap from your end goal so you know exactly what you need to achieve every day/week/month.
How can coaching make me more consistent?
Having access to a clear plan of exactly what you need to do on a daily/weekly/monthly basis will clarify exactly what you need to complete. The weekly coaching sessions will be a chance to find out what went wrong and how we can modify the plan (or your lifestyle) to improve consistency.
How can I stay motivated long-term?
Every weekly coaching session is a chance to remember why you are on this journey. You will leave the call feeling energised, lighter and ready to attack your next project. Seeing your progress (via tracking) will give you motivation. You will see results quickly and get immense motivation.
How can I stop getting overwhelmed by everything I need to complete?
A structure will be created that breaks down all of your goals into manageable tasks. Every goal will be systematically broken down into task lists that will be further categorised based on priority. Focussing on the smaller tasks as stepping stones to the main goal will give you back control.
What if I don't see progress?
You will see progress. Working on completing agreed stepping-stone action items and using systematic tracking will confirm your progress. You will make key decisions and see new perspectives during our weekly coaching sessions and make key decisions that move your business/life forward.
