The ebook itself is high quality but it required a considerable amount of work on my end and constant communication in order for the task to be understood, plus some delay on the delivery. My goal was to build an ebook to get people to purchase an affiliate product through which was the main priority but they didn't seem to understand the overall goal-- what was delivered was something not so accessible to the average computer/phone user, nor is interactable. They unfortunately weren't able to deliver it in a fashion that would give us value for what we paid for. We ended up not being able to use the final product. Also, the amount of content was more than what could fit on the pages we paid for (despite me telling them to make it fit and if not to delete the excess) so they proposed a somewhat costly upcharge, so we told them to delete the pages that go over the amount. They didn't do that and sent us a canva link of the entire book, which unfortunately won't be usable the way we were looking for it to be used. The ebook itself is good and if you give them every little detail needed they can deliver, but it unfortunately wasn't what we thought we'd be able to use it for. We'd recommend this service if you're only looking for a nice design of an ebook and nothing further.

They created the PDF I wanted in a few days and did excellent work for the price. The cover could have been better (more aligned with the book it was supplementing/ more creative), but if I paid more, it would have been, in my opinion. Bottom line: I will return when I need a PDF.

Not going to lie, I was a little worried about sending a large and technical e-book to Nimra and for her to ask 0 questions. She just knew exactly what to do. My goodness. It's perfect! I couldn't have asked for a better design. It really is something I'll be proud display everywhere. Nimra's exceptional attention to detail and deep understanding of the project is everything you hope to find when working with someone. Couldn't have asked for more! 👏

I could not believe how professional and well written my eBook was when I saw it! She has provided responsive and high-quality work. I will be a repeated customer for sure and I am going to let my network know about her. I am looking forward to using the work for my audience to see. Amazing job!

I didn't know exactly what I wanted, just that I needed help making a document more appealing and consumer friendly. She prepared my first draft overnight and it was really good. I suggested a few tweaks, she made them quickly and now I've got a nice little handout that didn't take me 4 hours in Canva.
