She was responsive and eager to make things right. Her team missed some creative details. They were more reactive in correcting mistakes rather than proactive in avoiding simple mistakes. The job was more than giving my approval. It required a lot of direction and recommendations from me and I thought it would be more hands-off. But overall, it was a positive experience and progress was made.
