We had very specific instructions and details for items we wanted to change and items we did not want to modify. It was clear after the first draft that our instructions were not referenced. It seems the most focus was on making the presented original design cleaner and not really improving much beyond thickness of lines, fonts, and shading. It was frustrating to have to repeat yourself over and over and it was clear the designer was not looking to deliver a great product but complete the bare minimum. Please note that the original timeline was 3 business days and it took a month. The designer was very polite and profusely apologized about missing items. They were responsive and quick but the delivery still missed many timelines, delayed our product launch, and drained the life of the team. I hope this feedback helps the designer improve and sets your expectations a bit better as all the other glowing reviews made us think the 3-day delivery and awesome results were to be expected.
