The delivery was a little late, which was okay as I wasn't on a deadline, but was still telling about the professionalism. Moreover, the report felt AI-generated / impersonal and didn't give me a proper scope of what to improve (expanding on tertiary characters, for example, is not a concern I have). Secondary characters didn't have their moment to shine yet as it is still early in the narrative (something AI doesn't tend to grasp). The characters and plot section did not mention the main POV characters I developed the most - which is what feedback should at least touch on.

Stephen reviewed and proofread my new book adding value in the process. He caught errors that both the software and I had missed (and I'm already a published author). He suggestions truly helped make the book all that more useful.

It was really great hearing Stephen's feedback of my book. I got a perfect sense of what is working and what needs some work. He sparked me to get busy with another draft with clear ideas, but the ideas weren't dictated by him. He gave just enough to inspire without meddling which is crucial to keep your work true to your own art. He's got a great value for the quality of his work. Go ahead and do it.

Stephen's edit of my novel was very detailed and included suggestions to improve the writing. He provided more than I expected. The rating was reduced to the additional time it took for him to finish the work and me having to chase him up. His response time in replying was always great but I would have preferred if he provided me with the updates without my prompting. But I cannot fault his editing skills. They are sensational.
