Once you register a trademark with the USPTO (U.S. Patent and Trademark Office) it puts the public on notice that you are the presumptive owner of the trademark and you have exclusive rights to use of the trademark.
Trademark registration gives you additional advantages including bringing a federal suit in court if someone infringes your mark. In addition, you may use the cherished ® symbol next to your trademark name or logo.
We are making it easy and affordable to register a trademark with the USPTO. NEW REQUIREMENT: As of August 3, 2019 if the trademark holder is not a U.S citizen, it is required to use a U.S attorney to file your trademark.
The USPTO filing fee is $300 for each class of goods or services in the application. This government fee is not included in the fiverr packages. You can choose to create a uspto account and save $50. Or pay $300 that includes fiverr's fee and we will submit the gov fee on your behalf
