This is the second time I've partnered with Kristen and am pleased with her work. Im already starting to see my views go up (particularly in the SEO & Marketing on my Etsy shop) which is a big deal. I have struggled so much in the area specifically. She is always so helpful and gives great advice to help me continue to work smarter on growing my business. She will be the one i go to from now on as I continue to learn how to grow my business. Thank you so much for all your hard work!

I have a successful shop, and I wasn't sure what to expect or if I would receive any valuable tips. However, Kristen surprised me with a detailed report and unique insights on how to improve my listings. I'm also thankful for the general evaluation of my shop, even though I had asked for specific listing help. All in all, I feel that I received more than I asked for. For someone new to the Etsy marketplace, hiring Kristen for a shop critique would be pure gold!

Wow! What can I say? Kristen completely exceeded my expectations, going above and beyond! Not only was the project delivered far before it was due, but it was exceptionally detailed, providing an in-depth review and assessment of my site. She didn't just fix my keywords and listing titles but offered a strategic plan on how to improve my searchability and ranking as I prepare to rework my listings. Honestly, this is the type of valuable information I've been seeking but could never manage to find. Kristen explained everything so well and gave me a strategy that I feel extremely optimistic about. Kristen did an amazing job. She went above and beyond what was expected of the order. She gave great tips and tools and not only did she help me rewrite my titles and tags, she looked at my shop overall and gave me some bonus tips as well. She answered every question I had in detail and also explained her reasoning behind her SEO strategy. Now I can't comment on the results of rewritten titles and tags, as it does take some time to show, but all I can say is that I'm grateful she was able to help me improve my Etsy shop.

Kristen was great to work with. She was really quick to respond and quick to get the work done. Of course it's always nerve racking to completely change the way you are doing things and putting your etsy business tags in another's hands. However, I am interested to see how her professional strategy will work in comparison to my limited knowledge of etsy tags. Love that she's a teacher at heart. She did great work now let's see what happens with my listing!
