But HR Consultants are SO expensive, right? Not me! Even SMBs, startups & nonprofits can afford & benefit from my new subscription! I will:

What can I expect if I select the UNLIMITED interim HR package?
Remote HR Management: data analysis & reporting, supervision of HR/admin staff (or hire/backfill team), & HR programs: staffing, orientation, onboarding, training, performance management, HRIS/ATS/LMS/Benefits selection, investigations; NOT payroll, benefits administration, or Workers Compensation.
Why don't you handle WC, Benefits Administration, or Payroll?
For a growing business/nonprofit, these functions should ideally be handled by existing onsite or FTE staff in your HR or F&A depts., or via a trusted outsourcing provider if you don't have these yet. I'll help HIRE the right Benefits, Workers Compensation, or Payroll Specialists for your business!
Do you facilitate or manage organizational development activities?
Yes! I have affinity for/experience with Appreciative Inquiry approach & Process Consultation Model in nonprofit, public sector, & education; however, I can work w/ organizations of all stripes & using other methodologies (Lean/Agile/Six Sigma, etc.) for virtual events, workshops, webinars, etc.
Would you consider a hybrid interim HR gig ?
I will consider hybrid gigs in the Sacramento County, Placer County, or El Dorado County areas of California, United States at this time, with the caveat that 1) only up to 50% of booked order hours would be spent onsite during normal business hours (9-6pm PST) & 2) travel expenses are reimbursed.
