I am a psychologist with extensive recruiting and international experience. I worked in the HR department of various prominent companies such as Commerzbank, Deutsche Bahn and BASF Group. My main focus was on employee selection, where I was responsible for conducting job interviews and assessment center. As a psychologist and coach, my main focus is on Job Application Training and Career Coaching.
I have a very international background. Having studied in the US, Brazil, Germany, France and Luxembourg I am familiar with multicultural settings. I am fluent in English, German and Portuguese.
