- The gig includes a 1-hour call to set your weekly goals,
- an online document that we will fill together with your daily goals and my secret recipe,
- and a 45min debrief call at the end of each week, to see how it went and adjust.
It's the art of goal setting for busy moms.

Should I contact you first?
Yes please, then we'll book a time to talk for a few minutes. This way we can get to know each other, for free, and make sure we're a good fit.
What kind of person benefits the most from your coaching?
The person who benefits most from my coaching is a busy mom juggling multiple responsibilities and seeking balance in her life. She often feels overwhelmed by a never-ending to-do list and needs supportive, structured guidance to prioritize self-care, family, and personal goals.
I have specific requirements. Are you flexible with your gig options?
Absolutely, just send me a message and we will discuss your needs.
How will we meet online?
Sessions are done online usually via Google Meet. I'll send you a link before our session. Message me if you have any preferences, we could also connect through Skype or Zoom for example.
How your accountability system works?
Aside from a lean organization and goal set up, I use a secret recipe of a gentle reward and penalty system to keep you motivated - which we will set together. Done right it's very powerful, done wrong it just won't help.
What's your experience?
I'm a career and productivity coach for the last 7 years. I work online since 2013, from startup environments to entrepreneurship. I helped hundreds of people with their business or personal goals. My best ability is to summarize ideas and create solutions, I'm sure I'll be able to help you!

What is your cancellation policy?
Based on mutual respect, if you are unable to attend a session, please cancel it at least 24 hours before it is due. Sessions not attended, postponed or cancelled 24 hours or less before the planned session start will be charged.
