United StatesShe ultimately did not deliver a fully useable product. I was clear in the beginning that it had to be OK for the B&N platform. The last error message from their platform said "your fonts are not imbedded in your pdf." The cover size was also wrong. I repeated the issues to her but she seldom responded to my questions. I have no doubt that she spent a lot of time (wasted was her word) on my project.
