The artwork is creative and cute, so I worked with this artist twice. However, each time, I had to keep requesting updates because the details in my description weren't followed (i even had examples). And the delivery time was delayed both times. I would consider working with this artist again just to build the concept, then I can go in and edit the details myself. But give yourself a buffer in the deadline.

Excellent work and I was very happy with the outcome. It took us a few detailed discussions on the thread to clarify our requirements but then once we provided detailed write ups of what we needed, the outcome exceeded our expectations. I’ve already started the next project!

What a life saver. You must work with! Very good communicator and goes above and beyond to make you happy with the final design. The deliveries are also on time and you can tell a lot of effort is put into it.
