Outstanding work and truly went above and beyond! Would highly recommend the sellers service. The only issue was with the delivery time.

Need to improve creativity and attention to details. had some problems with delivery scope that they couldn't handle but I didn't wanna make a fuss out of it. for simple requirements they are good but nothing more.

I recently hired this company with high expectations, given their impressive portfolio and promises of innovative solutions. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory and left me deeply disappointed. From the outset, communication was a major issue. Despite multiple attempts to set clear goals and deadlines, consistently failed to respond in a timely manner, often leaving me waiting for days or even weeks. When responses did come, they were vague and unhelpful, lacking the detailed guidance and creative insight that I was expecting. The work delivered was another major letdown. Despite assurances of original and imaginative concepts.

I expected better from Fiverr. My order was marked complete by Fiverr when I was not completely satisfied with the order. I was in the midst of communicating with the designer ( there is a significant time difference between Bangledesh & US) about possible changes when Fiverr marked the job as complete. The design was nice; unfortunately, I am unable to use it. This was a waste of time & money. The designer seemed nice. I was not given enough time to verify the digital product. Therefore, what works for Fiverr doesn't work for everyone. Now, in order to retrieve adequate utilization, I must get another design.

I was very pleased to work with her, She is very professional and always promptly to get back to me as much as I needed. The results came fantastic I would recommend!!!!
