Embroidery

I sent 4 requests to 4 different vendors for digitizing of similar drawings for a project I am working on. I did this to check quality, timeliness and communication as I have a lot more work to have done in future and I want to build a relationship with a quality vendor. Out of the 4, one 1️⃣ immediately declined without any discussion or communication. NA embroidery responded and communicated timely. The digitization was done quickly and well within the allotted time. The quality and results were excellent. No over stitching, the sequencing made sense and it looks great! I hope to build upon this work relationship moving forward.

I just want to say that I trust this embroidery digitizing artist with pretty much any design that I come up with. I haven't had a single problem so far and every time I have a specific request like whether or not to include certain stitching, he makes sure that my requests are included! Definitely go with this artist, I have had such good results!

While the first job was great the second one did not meet my expectations and the responses were quite longer than the first job

I'm definitely what I would call a repeat customer and I've had no problems with the products that I've purchased. They've all turned out really well and I happen to own an embroidery machine and I test out all of the designs that I get and they all work out perfectly fine! Definitely recommend!

Gave me a refund which was good. Language barrier. When I requested a reviews it was a mission to get what I was after, they finally changed a few things and then it still wasn’t working and they mentioned that it was good on their end so they said it must be my machine. So I asked can I see their physical design so I had a reference to compare to, they replied saying they don’t have an embroiderer. So I wouldn’t recommend this service at all as they don’t know what they’re doing.
