Incredible work - I spent a lot of time looking for the right person to help me with a process map and I chose Luis. He exceeded my expectations and took a very complex concept and nailed it. Very impressive. I recommend him 100x over!

Luis was exceptional in understanding our needs and put it on a flow chart. We worked together on a video call and by the end of the call we had the flowchart complete. I would highly recommend and would like to work again. Thanks.

Luis is no doubt intelligent and capable of delivering a good product, but lacks professionalism. After the initial deliverable, I realized that we needed to change the project scope and asked for a call to discuss the changes. Luis was late to the call, and said he wasn't at his desk so he couldn't take notes and we didn't make much progress. So we scheduled a second call at a time that was convenient for Luis (I agreed to his rate of $50/hr). This time, he just didn't show up for the call. When he finally responded 45 minutes later, his message was not an apology but a lame excuse about a time zone confusion (lame, because he chose it himself on the original call and I confirmed it via a text message even specifying the time in Equador time zone). In retrospect, I think he was just annoyed that I wanted to discuss the specifics on a call instead of via text messages. I wish he would have just said that, instead of wasting my time.

We have worked with Luls Baus several times and have always had a very positive experience. He interprets our instructions into clean and well constructed process charts that are detailed and accurate. Will use again - Thank you Mr Baus!
