I provided a photo of the image I needed to be embroidered; Best Digitizer produced the embroidery file I needed. After trying it on my machine, I requested revisions and discovered I had asked for a file that was too large. The revisions were spot on. This makes an excellent finished product. I am very happy with my purchase. Best Digitizer was polite, quick to respond, and understood what I was asking for, even if I wasn't using the correct technical jargon. If I need something embroidered again, I will use Best Digitizer again. Thanks.
