    Working with Farjana was fantastic – I gave very brief guidance outlining the request and she understood the ask immediately without any clarification and got to work expeditiously. The task involved working with ~10,000 data entries—she manipulated the data exactly as I hoped and delivered the final product early.     Be careful with Farjana. I posted a job to be completed by a certain time frame. In her proposal she made subtle changes to word it so that she only had to complete as much as she could. Just read her proposal carefully.
