the animation correctly shows the processes I am trying to illustrate. Unfortunately the reproduction of the cells isn't quite how I would have imagined it. I wanted them to look more like the original graphic I used to describe the process.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Animaster was absolutely fantastic to work with. I would highly recommend him!! I will be using him again as well as referring him to other people!!

Overall this was a frustrating experience. I was shown several models that looked nothing like the source reference material, body and face shape were completely wrong, face looked like a caveman that is frowning - not the business friendly look we were going for. Every time I give notes I was basically told that I was slowing down the process or pointing them in the wrong direction.... If there weren't a bunch of silly, ugly mistakes then I wouldn't have needed to give any notes, I was not asking for a lot. A decent 3d artist would have nailed it from the start. My request was a simple 30 seconds video of a character talking directly to the camera. What was delivered looked like a marionette floating around, a puppet mouth that never smiles, awkward unnatural looking hands, etc. etc..... The "character" of the original person was completely lost - and his is a face that is easy to caricature! I have no problems with low-poly stylized animation, but clumsy visuals that were not improving after extensive notes just didn't help me at all. Ultimately we had to abandon the work, not something I could stand behind as a company. I understand animation is difficult - but this just wasn't up to the quality of the work in the portfolio or what I would expect from anyone in 2024. This experience has soured me on Fiverr if I'm being honest - not a pleasant surprise here, we wasted our money.

These guys did a pretty good job! It took several revisions to get to the point we were both happy, but I appreciate the quick responses and willingness to work with my team and I through the iterations. Looking forward to putting the assets to use!

I cannot say enough great things about Animater!! He exceeded all of my expectations and more!! He was very kind and patient with me throughout the entire process. He was also very accommodating and made some incredible suggestions that I had not even thought of that made my project 10 times better than my original idea. I will definitely be using him again.
