Have your client ever got permit based on the plans prepared by you?
Yes, I have helped more than a hundred of the clients. I can share my work sample of approved plans & and even many of the houses are already built based on the plans prepared by us. We can show live proof on a zoom call
What are your requirements to start work?
Every project differs in nature, so requirements. For permit plans, I'll give you a Google form link to submit the details asked in it. Please inbox me to get more info!
What to do if my work doesn't align with your stated packages?
Send me a message for a quote if you are not sure what to order. It will assist you to my maximum. I will give you custom offer
How to place order?
Click the Order button or contact me before ordering. I will meet your requirements for the best to avoid any confusion later on. Send me your project drawings (hand sketches, images, pdfs, etc.)I will make custom offer.
How you will proceed for my work?
1) You answer my questions and provide me with the details I need to start. 2) I will give you the best reasonable quote and timeline with deliverables 3) You will place an order with the agreed price and I will start my work 4) I will keep you posted till the end.
I am not clear about my work, So what to do?
For such a case, message me I will guide you till your work is done.
Do you also do 3D exterior & Interior design ?
Yes, I also do 3D interior & exterior design. I can provide both renders & walk-though animation videos.
Do you stamp the Drawings?
Most of the time, only the stamp of a locally licensed engineer is accepted. So, we may stamp or not based on your project location. Otherwise, I will do drawings & and you can take them to the local engineer for review. I'll update anything if the engineer redlines till you get a permit.
Do you also provide the structural calculations & analysis report?
Yes, I can provide analysis reports & calculations. But this should be discussed & it will have a separate price quoted by me.
