I've worked with Dai twice already. Her response time is amazing, and she really gets the job done quickly. The recent listing I took pictures of had terrible lighting, which caused a lot of fluctuations with the colors in the rooms/photos. I did not properly instruct her what the correct color of each room (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) should be, and so I ended up having to tell her to color correct a lot of the pictures. She made those edits so fast and never posed an issue. In the future, I will properly instruct her on what colors the rooms should be, so she doesn't have to guess, and later redo it. Thank you so much Dai! I would definitely recommend her for editing bracketed real photos.

She always does a great job. I've worked with her for virtual staging more than 4 times now. However, I bought the 5 photo package for $70 and asked for 1 more photo to be added (listed as $15 charge on her profile)... She send me an invoice for $20 and I had to argue for my $15 invoice and screen-shotted her fees and sent it to her to get my $15 approved. I do not like being overcharged. Regardless the work was great. One of the photos was lacking, I asked for a revision with guidance and she delivered what I asked for. I'd definitely use her again.
