Within only a few communications I realized John was professional, driven and positive. As the project progressed, I also learned he was exceptionally technically competent. His communications with me were polite and succinct - exactly what is needed when trying to convey a creative processes using verbiage. While I provided him with graphics and content he owned and performed above expectations with respect to design. Its not easy when both parties have to gain momentum regardless of the vehicles of communication. I'll borrow a popular phrase here in the States, and write that "John knows what time it is." This phrase is used to illustrate someone who is a peak performer. Unless you have a project that is extremely rigid, I would give him full license to create based on his experience. I'm confident he will consistently provide captivating and visually appeasing work. He certaintly did for me. First Class all the way.

Final product was good, but value for money wasn’t there for me. To John’s credit, I didn’t give him the response in time before the job completed.

John is amazing at what he does. This is my first time having a capabilities statement since I am stepping into the corporate space within my writing business, so I wasn't familiar with how to design a strong capabilities statement. John went above and beyond with the designs. He completely exceeded my expectations. Once I get some testimonials under my belt from corporations, I will be utilizing John's services again to update my capabilities statement. Make the investment in John. You won't be disappointed.
