- 30-minute session
- 1-hour session
- 3 x 1-hour sessions OR 6 x 30-minute sessions
How to book a session:

Package sessions:
- Feel free to book back-to-back sessions - up to two hours is recommended.
- The remaining sessions will stay in your account so that you can book them at your convenience.
