Chris received too many orders at once and need more time on my reader and inline comments. I think he had only done so one or two times. All the other times he had delivered ahead of schedule. It was totally worth the wait as the reader report and the inline comments were very detailed. Despite asking for give me all you got, Chris remains kind and encouraging and I appreciate his many compliments while holding my manuscript to a high quality level of standard.

There is little I can say that I have not said before, nor that is not continually compounded by Chris' retinue of customers. Chris continues to provide exceptional service at a great price.
